Misbah Khan

Misbah Khan is the Head of Legal Practice and Compliance Officer for the Firm. She is a solicitor with 18 years PQE and has experience of working in various in-house practices including institutional landlords and managing agents, which provides valuable insight into client needs.

Misbah has significant experience in Real Estate Law to include collective enfranchisement, lease extensions, right to manage, lease interpretations, and deeds of variation as well as general Property Litigation experience including representing clients at the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal.
