Shamila Palansuriya is Head of Residential Conveyancing at the Firm. She is a solicitor with 25+ years PQE and was formerly Partner and Head of the Property Department at a reputable London based Law Firm.
Shamila has vast experience and expertise in residential conveyancing, including acting for both buyer and seller on residential purchases, sales, and remortgages, and equity release. She also acts for landlords on purchases and sales of residential and commercial buildings.
